<li>Joined Cases T-425/04, T-444/04, T-450/04 and T-456/04: France and Others v Commission. The ECJ has ruled that “the statements of the French authorities aimed at assuring France Télécom of their support at a time when the operator was experiencing a major crisis cannot be classified as State aid” and therefore annulled the Commission decision.
